free loan agreement - laser engraver
The terms of the free loan agreement are set out below. The agreement must be signed by both parties to be valid.
We will make sure to send you a copy of the contract for you to sign.
Given that:
· The Lender is the owner of the printer better described in art. 1;
· The borrower is interested in using the printer for business purposes;
· The Lender intends to grant the above-mentioned property on free loan;
it is agreed and stipulated as follows:
Art. 1 - Object of the contract
The Lender grants the Borrower, who accepts, the following printer on free loan for use:

Art. 2 – Duration
This loan agreement is valid for 12 months from the date of signing. Upon expiration, the asset must be returned to the Lender, unless the parties agree to a written renewal.
Art. 3 - Obligations of the Borrower
The Borrower undertakes to:
· look after the property with the diligence of a good father;
· use it exclusively for business purposes;
· do not transfer it or give it to third parties;
· return it in its original condition, except for normal wear and tear.
Art. 4 - Ownership of the property
Ownership of the printer remains with the Lender. The Borrower hereby acknowledges that he or she has no real rights to the property.
Art. 5 - Maintenance and damages
Any ordinary maintenance costs are the responsibility of the borrower. Damage resulting from improper use or negligence will be the sole responsibility of the borrower.
Art. 6 - Early return
The Bailor has the right to request the return of the goods at any time, with at least 15 days' notice.
Art. 7 - Competent court
For any dispute relating to this contract, the Court of the place where the Bailor is based will have exclusive jurisdiction.
