Can I personalise it?
Choose a model from our personalisation collection and add text, a logo or a symbol with laser engraving, currently free of charge. Keep your design within the red boundaries shown in the configurator.
The preview is indicative. Text and logos generally give clearer results; photographs may need adapting for engraving.
When will I receive my order?
Shipping is free throughout Italy. We prepare orders within 24 working hours; orders received before 10:00 are generally dispatched the same day. Delivery in Italy normally takes 24–48 hours after dispatch.
We also ship to other EU countries, with shipping costs calculated at checkout. You will receive tracking by email and in your order summary.
What if there was a problem?
